Frequently asked questions
Is Fresha cheaper than Kuee?
For one person, Fresha's $19.95 plan costs less than Kuee Starter at $39. New marketplace clients change the math: at 30 a month and an $80 average ticket, the one-time 20% fee alone is about $480. Kuee charges no booking commission.
Is Fresha still free?
No. As of September 2026 Fresha charges a subscription: $19.95 a month for a one-person business or $14.95 per team member, plus the marketplace fee and card processing.
Do I lose marketplace traffic if I switch?
Yes. Kuee does not run a consumer marketplace. If many of your bookings come from people discovering you on Fresha, count that in.
Can I move my clients from Fresha?
Yes. Export your client list from Fresha as a CSV file and send it to us; we import it into Kuee for you. You then set up your services, packages and team in Kuee, and we help with that too. Payment history stays in your Fresha account.
How is card processing different?
Fresha charges 2.29% + 20¢ in person and 2.79% + 20¢ online. Kuee offers standard Stripe processing and is integrating more payment providers. Our rates are competitive: tell us what you pay today and we'll match or beat it.
