A client texts the time she wants with one therapist. Kuee works out the service, the therapist and the time, checks your calendar and drafts the reply. If a request is unclear, covers more than one person or offers several options, Kuee passes it to your store.

Cancellations and unclear texts come to you
For a reschedule, Kuee suggests a new time, and the booking moves when the client replies Y. Cancellations, group requests and anything unclear go to your store. Kuee never cancels on its own.

Does Kuee reply to texts on its own?
Only if you turn it on. Auto-reply is off by default. Until you switch it on for your store, Kuee drafts the reply and you approve it.
Can Kuee cancel or move a booking by text?
It can suggest a new time for a reschedule, and the booking moves when the client replies Y. Kuee never cancels on its own: cancellation requests go to your store.
What happens when the client answers Y?
The time Kuee suggested is booked on your calendar. It uses the same live availability as online and phone bookings.
What if the client texts in another language?
Clients can text in their own language. Tap once to read a translation, and your reply can be translated before it is sent.
