How it's counted
  • Calls under 15 seconds are free
  • Texts are counted in segments: 160 English characters, or 70 characters with Chinese
  • Allowances reset every month and don't roll over
  • A store with several numbers shares one allowance
“About N calls” assumes an average of about 1.5 billable minutes per call; usage is always deducted in billable minutes

Stores without an AI phone number: texts are $0.025 per segment, with the allowance from your plan.

Pricing questions

Who counts as a therapist?

Anyone clients can book: therapists, estheticians and other providers. Owner, admin, front-desk and reporting logins are free and don't count.

What happens after the first month?

Your plan starts at the price you picked. Phone and text usage is billed as you go, from the first day.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. When you add more therapists than your plan covers, you move up to the next plan. The new price applies from then on.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. Paying yearly gets you two months free; it is a discount, not a lock-in.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Kuee charges no booking commission. Card payments run on standard Stripe processing, and we're integrating more payment providers. Our rates are competitive: tell us what you pay today and we'll match or beat it.

How is the AI receptionist billed?

As a monthly comms package: $10 / $29 / $59. Each tier includes 1 phone number plus monthly AI call minutes and texts; beyond that, AI calls are $0.20 a minute. Extra numbers are $10 a month each. It is on every plan.
